Coaching for visionary women
created by a woman with a vision

More than the anxiety. More than the labels. More than the one-size-fits-all approach to healing.

You’ve done the hard work. You’ve walked away from what doesn’t serve you. You’ve tried the systems, read the books, followed the rules—and still feel like something’s missing.

You’re curious. You feel the pull toward plant medicine, toward psychedelics. But you're also cautious. Where’s the space for women like you—who want the science and the spirit, the wisdom and the safety?

This is coaching for the woman who knows there’s more.

Feel confident, grounded, and empowered as you explore psychedelics—with intuitive coaching tailored just for you. ✨ Feminine wisdom ✨ Judgment-free ✨ Rooted in respect

Training & education

I support women who are curious about psychedelics but unsure where to start. Whether you’re navigating feeling overwhelmed, sorting fact from fiction, or seeking a custom, intuitive experience—you’re in the right place.

I created this space because I was you.

After getting sober in 2010, I walked a long road of healing through 12-step programs, therapy, and peer support groups. While those tools gave me a strong foundation—there were some rules and restrictions of the program that didn’t align with my desire to use plant medicine.

Hi, I’m Ashly–
Your intuitive psychedelic coach who has been there.

I first felt the divide when I began using cannabis to treat debilitating menstrual cramps and hormonal anxiety. I had so many questions, but the answers I found were either fear-based rehab ads or cartoonish stoner clichés.
Where were the women like me—curious, thoughtful, trying to heal?

I eventually found The Woman’s Guide to Cannabis by Nikki Furrer—and it gave me hope. It offered real, accessible information without shame. It helped me make my own informed decisions and feel empowered, not judged.

Years later, I felt the same pull toward psychedelics. Once again, clear and relevant resources were scarce, particularly those coming from the voices of women. So I started where I always had: with curiosity, research, and a little courage. I experimented alone. I made mistakes. I had moments of fear.

But I also found something extraordinary: insight, healing, and the kind of deep transformation I hadn’t been able to access anywhere else.

I’m now training with the Pearl Institute and Being True to You, sharpening my skills so I can offer you what I wish I had back then—

A safe, empowering space for women to explore psychedelics with clarity and confidence.

 The Care Behind the Coaching

My background is in advocacy and human services. For over a decade, I helped people with intellectual and developmental disabilities find creative, thoughtful ways to live on their own terms, while staying mindful of their health and safety needs. I know what it means to truly listen. I know how to meet people where they are. And I carry that same heart-centered, person-centered approach into my psychedelic support.

I’m not a therapist. I’m not a shaman. I’m a mentor who walks with you—not ahead of you.

Together, we co-create sacred, practical, and empowering experiences that help you meet your own inner healer with intention and safety.

Healing happens in connection, not isolation. That’s why at Hawthorn Ash Coaching, I always strive to create an environment of openness and support to be the rich, fertile ground where your transformation can take root and bloom.

Whether it’s a single Q&A call, a fully-supported journey, or a custom retreat—I’m here to help you feel confident, informed, and excited about your choice to explore the benefits of psilocybin.

"Trustworthy, reliable,
& deeply intuitive"

In my interactions with her, Ashly listens with presence and responds with warmth, always ensuring that I felt safe, seen, and empowered. As a woman stepping into a healing journey, I want someone who not only understands the deep potential of plant medicine but who also honors my personal goals and individual emotional needs.
